Hand dyed sock blank in a superwash merino/nylon base in pinks with speckles.

Two yarn blanks have been dyed in pinks and then speckled with gentle pinks and purples  The blanks were dyed together, but are not identical.  The price is per 100g blank.

This base is a 75% Superwash Merino and 25% nylon sock/fingering/4-ply yarn blank. 

100g blank = approx 425m/464yds.

Knitted yarn blanks are great for socks, wrist warmers, mittens, gloves, scarves, a shawl, etc., simply pull the end of the yarn and allow the blank to unravel as you work, alternatively, you can wind it into a ball to work from, depending on which end you'd prefer to start with.

It is normal for yarn from blanks to have a heathered look when unravelled and knitted or crocheted into a garment, due to the way the dye penetrates the knitted yarn.
All yarns are dyed using acid dyes.
Whilst superwash yarn can be gently machine washed cold, I recommend hand washing your finished items in cold water, shaping and laying flat to dry.
